Hi, my name is Kaitlin, and I’m addicted to baking.

It all started when I was a kid, with the help of my parents, grandparents and some creatively decorated Christmas cookies. As I grew up, my love for baking (and my sugar addiction) grew stronger, and by the time I was thirteen I was carrying around cookbooks and taking baking classes. After getting a degree from The Culinary Institute of America and spending a few years baking for my friends and family, I decided it was time to expand my reach—and Baked Addiction was born!

All of my creations are handmade from scratch, using only the best natural ingredients. Custom orders are welcome, but I'm always ready to flex my creative muscles and showcase my unique talents.
